3. We only request the information (such as a public username or post URL) necessary to deliver the ordered service, and we do not sell or share that information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. While we work to deliver the quantities and timelines shown at checkout, delivery speed and totals can vary due to factors outside our control, including platform-side changes.
5. Your account must remain public (and the relevant username/handle unchanged) for delivery to proceed normally; any delay caused by switching to private or renaming an account is not grounds for a refund of that period.
6. We may modify, pause, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
7. Continued use of the site after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms — it's your responsibility to check back periodically.

3. No Warranty

The Services and all content on this site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. 5. Billing and Payments

1. Payments are processed through encrypted, third-party payment gateways; we do not store your full card details on our servers.
2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that you understand what you are purchasing.
3. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team may result in your account being suspended, delivered engagement being reversed, and/or your access being permanently blocked. We reserve the right to submit evidence of the transaction to your payment provider.

6. Refund Policy

Eligibility: If you're unhappy with an order, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of purchase by emailing support@instafyhub.com with your order number and the reason for the request.

Not eligible for refund:

• Promotional or free-credit orders;
• Orders that were fully delivered as described;
• Accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.

We'll confirm approval or denial within 3–5 business days of your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically post within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank. We may deny repeated or abusive refund requests.

7. Subscriptions and Recurring Delivery

Some plans renew automatically (e.g., monthly) and apply engagement to new content you publish while the subscription is active — not to posts made before the subscription started. To prevent abuse, we may cap the number of new posts covered per day; posts beyond that cap don't carry over or qualify for credit.

1. Renewal & cancellation: Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel from your account dashboard. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current billing period unless required by law.
2. Delivery pacing: Delivery timing within a billing period may vary based on operational and platform factors; we don't guarantee a fixed hourly or daily schedule.
3. Account eligibility: You must keep the connected account public and its username unchanged for delivery to continue; we're not responsible for shortfalls caused by account changes on your end.
4. Failed payments: If a renewal charge fails, we may retry it and pause delivery until payment succeeds, and may cancel the subscription for continued non-payment.
5. Price changes: We may change subscription pricing going forward; changes apply starting the next billing cycle, and you can cancel before then if you don't agree.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision, and continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
